The team that built illuno.
Prime Ops began in Puyallup as a family business, staffing real police officers for the contractors and event coordinators who needed more than a security guard and couldn't get a department coordinator on the phone. Demand grew, so we built our own software to run it, then took that platform national as illuno. Prime Ops is still the Washington operation, running on the system we built: 300,000+ hours staffed, 1,000+ officers, every municipality in the state.
